anybody any ideas ?? can I unlock it in the same way I unlocked my Nokia 3510i (remotely using software of the net) with the right software ????

Afraid not. The phone needs to be plugged into a PC with a T28 cable of a Terminator dongle and a code obtained from the SE server.

Best bet is to get a shop to do it for you.
