Unlocking Siemens CL75

I bought a Siemens CL75 for my girlfriend and she wanted to use her own sim card in it. This was blocked and I have faxed the IMEI no to Siemens over 20 times which I was advised to do but have still recieved no reply.

I'd appreciate if anyone can help me.
