MMC + MNC: 310 17 (it was Pac Bell wireless before, but now Cingular Wireless)

and I am not sure if it can be unlocked since it used to be Pac Bell wireless and now is Cingular. I don't know if Cingular has some secret network code build it....?

It said "Sim Card Restriction off".... but when I tried to insert another sim card in there, it gives me "Sim Card not accepted".

could you find out what happened? After I entered the code you gave me, it said "Sim restriction off", then I put in another sim card in, it said Sim card not accepted.... do you know why?

Could you try another Network code ? Instead of 310 16, could you try 310 17? Again IMEI is 010072301552177
