When I had my T610 I changed the facia on it. I thought it would be quite difficult to do, but it was in fact quite easy, I took my time and did it carefully.

I didn't use the flat bladed screwdriver to pop off any of the parts for fear of breaking or scratching anything.... For the top cover, I used the lid off a BIC biro (the long thin bit) and to do the green antenna bit I just used my thumbs with firm but not overfirm pressure. In all, it took me about ten minutes.

Its a similar procedure for the T630 covers, but a word of warning - the covers are not metal like the T610 ones but plastic and they damage very easily.
