Hi All,

I recently got a Nokia 6600 contract phone (replacement on insurance).

I used SmartDCT4Calc v1.17 and entered the +7 code, this then allowed me to put my O2 Pay & Go sim card in and it worked fine.

Then when trying to use GPRS or MMS it kept saying "Invalid GPRS access point", checked all the settings and they were right (O2 of course!!)

Took phone back today and swapped it for a 6220 as they did not have any 6600's in stock.

Phone is doing the same thing, this time it says "GPRS acess point not valid".

Any ideas???

Please help!!!!!

i had the same sort of problem when i bought my 6600 and changed it from vodafone to o2. when i rang o2 and explained they sent me new settings and also told me how to change some settings manually as some 6600s need this ( according to them anyway!) had no problems since. as you have tried to use it in these two different handsets i would guess that your simcard is the problem, but hopefully if you fone ur service provider they should be able to figure out the problem and fix it.
hope this helps!!
