Can anyone advise on this?

I ordered a polyphonic ring tone, and it has appeared in my Service Inbox.
But when I choose Retrieve, the phone says "Data Page Not Available".
There is a URL shown in the Service Inbox for the ring tone.
If I go to it from a regular browser, it starts to download ok.
I suspect my phone isn't set up correctly to retrieve the ringtone?
But I can't find the place to change the settings.
A WAP provider is already set on the phone, and it appears to work ok.
