They can, I have an LG attachment on my unlocking prog. Depends what SW you have.

I have never tried one of these before so if you want to be a guinea pig then post the IMEI and network and I'll have a go for you.

No......sorry, as i said we do not have the software to unlock a LG4011.
Try taling it to a mobile phone shop, an independant would be better as places such as the carphonewarehouse will not do it.
