phone restricked

i have a nokia 6310i and some how my brother has played around with security codes. now anytime i turn it on it says phone restricked. how can i get it fixed?

If its the security code, try one of the following...

12345
0000

A phone shop can reset the security code easily, but will cost you about £10, but if you have a data cable you can do it with one of the many Nokia software programs available on the net.

If it's the PUK code, you will have to contact your network provider.
