hi there to all!
I purchased a DKU-5 cable so that I could transfer photos from my phone to the PC. I followed the instructions exactly and installed the cable first. When I download pc-suite 5.16 from the website, and after it found out the (com) it is connected, I see the download progression, but before it start's it is writing to me something with "windows installer" and SDK that are illegal and that I need to use "eror 1639", the title is "feature transfer error".
What should I do now to transfer the pictures? or to install the software?

If you read my earlier post you will see that I too had problems with the cable connection resulting in fatal damage to my phone, therefore I lost all of my photos. I gave up on it and returned the cable. Since I now have access to a PC with an infra red port I can transfer the photos easily - to me that is the best solution! Sorry can't give you anything more positive.
