Hi, I have a Orange SE T310 which uses an Orange simcard out of a 3310e which is on a contract. I can make calls and send texts ok but can't seem to make the GPRS work, it's keeps saying 'GPRS paramaters not supported'.

I phoned up Orange Cust Services and they said that they don't support 'sim swapping' and I should be using the simcard in the original phone (the 3310e) otherwise it won't work at all (b******s i reckon). So if the 3310e doesn't have WAP/GPRS, there's no point being registered for that service then is there?

Mebe you guys know a way around this?

Cheers,

Can you not phone them up and just ask to have your sim GPRS enabled?
you may speak to someone more helpful this time :to:

Yeah I'll try that...I just hope to God I don't speak to the same person!Although I did think that the sim was supposedly GPRS enabled already..
