As far as I know, by cable and software only. No remote unlocking option.

Sorry bout this you guys, I wrote this when I started on the forums. I know better now. I know now you can't remotely unlock. I posted this and forgot about it.

I couldn't believe it either...but I'd bet they are not English...and just saw unlock gx10 and thought it was how to unlock etc...
