Can't recieve vodaphone calls or txts!

Hi,
Having just purchased a V200 I seem to be having problems recieving calls or txts from anyone on the vodaphone network.
they just get the message "unable to connect your call".
I can call and txt them ok but not recieve!
I thought it might just be one phone but a couple of people on vodaphone have tried to ring me without success.
Please help.:(

ok, first thing, call your networks Customer Services line and check with them what could be causing the problem.
If that doesn't help, take the phone back to the shop. But ONLY do this after you've checked with your network operator. As a mobile phone salesman the last thing i like to deal with is a customer bringing a phone back to the shop and blaming us for a fault when infact it could easily be solved by the network and not us. If however, your network cannot find a fault, then you should take it back to the shop, tell them you have already contacted the network and that they cannot find a fault. Then, if it's within the companys returns policy (usualy 14-days or so) then they will most likley do a swap over for you (swap it for another V200). If your out of the companys returns policy time limit, then they will send it off to Samsung under the manufacturers warranty to be repaired.
But, the going to the shop alternative and having it sent off only happens in about 10% of cases. the other 90% of the time it's a fault with the network.
Try a few other tests as well, such as calling a variety of other networks or getting them to call you, aside from the Vodafone's.
