I'm trying to unlock my girlfriends 3390. She's on Fido in Canada. I tried one of the calculators that says it supports dct3 phones which I believe this one is, but when we tried to enter the code it said code error. Is the phone totally dead if you fail 5 times or is it only unlockable with a cable after that? Also, does the 3390 on the Fido network need 2 separate codes? Thanks for any information.

After 5 tries you can still unlock it by cable,

for fido you need to lock 1 lock2 codes
