I think the whole things stupid.
It's bad enough that Americans have free access to guns, knifes and other assorted weapons, now they have stun guns being built into their mobiles? What the hells the point?
And why's everyone saying 'I want one of those'? What in the hell are you going to do with it?! Just go around shocking random people with it?!
I'm not going to appologize, I just feel very strongly against the public having weapons and having a sickening lust for death and violence.

One good reason to have this is for self defence. I live in an area where robberies and "stick ups" are the norm, this would be one way as a form of defence. But I guess people can use it as a weapon.
