Cannot get into my memory card on my nokia 3650!! Help!

My last nokia 3650 messed up and i got a new one form t-mobile. I put the sim card and mem card in and turn the phone on and it says i have to enter a password. I do tno knwo of one and cannot gte into my mem card. How do i go about doign this? please help!

Turn the phone off.

Press the pencil button (the small one on the LHS of the phone), hold it down and turn the phone on.

This puts it into 'safe mode'.

You may find you need to format the memory card. You'll lose what was on there, but at least you phone will work.

that still did not work. i can turn my phone on and it works good exept i cannot use my mem card. Hey thanks alot for the help though!

Only other way I can think of is to stick the card in a card reader.

To get it working though, you will HAVE to format the card.....

you must of set a password on the mmc when you had your old phone because when its put in another phone it asks you for the password! try to think what password you set! ;)
