Customize LGVX6000

Hey guys, this is a pretty good forum. I got the LGVX6000 phone. How do i upload ring tones, etc. I downloaded some tones off Kazaa and they are in MMF format or Polyphonic. I just want to learn to tweak my phone. Thanks.
