nokia 6100 calls are locked

ive just had a nokia 6100.i can send and recieve texts but i cant make or recieve phone calls!!
can anybody help please?

The phone has a temp bar on it, you need to contact your service provider

thanks diesel. who is my service provider though? i have an o2 sim and a vodaphone but i want the o2 sim to be in the phone which it needs unlocking

Follow the unlocking rules in the unlocking section and will do you a code to unlock your phone so you can use your o2 sim card
