I don't see a code for the Cingular network... are you able to do it? Cingular is the *LARGEST* cellular provider in the U.S.A. so I don't see why you wouldn't be able to.

When you say you cannot see a code for Cingular, do you mean you've tried using the software yourself? If its the one posted on this forum that you commented on earlier, I think it may be an out of date version, hence why its far easier and more trustworthy if we do it for you as we have the latest version of the software.
