hi,

when i go to send a multimedia mssg to someone with a photo, sound and subject etc attached to it, it says network fail is there a reason to this :(

You have to have your service provider enable your sim for media messaging.....not the same as being GPRS they have to do both.

doh i hate doing this and i have used the same sim card since my last phone, cuase if i ring up the service provider i will be put on a line:(

It will be a pain i agree but think how much fun you are going to have sending your pics..............and btw that pic of the cat was really good i thought for a camera phone.......well impressive.

think its a better quality camera or somthin just somthin it has, and i will put some more up but only have mostly zoo images atm:)

ok, but you still need to call them. Try it from your house phone. Funny thing is, and I know this (unless I'm wrong, then I don't :) ), but Azza's sim card should already be activated for MMS, because I've sent him pics before and he's recieved them on his 3510i, right Azza?
In which case, all you need to do it go to O2's website and download the settings (i'll show you later on).

yes that is right my sim card should be activated for mms and it would be good to do this, so if you could at a l8r date, because you are the person i am trying to send it to:)

yes daedalus talked me through the steps on the site through o2 active section, now just waiting for him to recive it and i am all ok:):):):)

yehhhh last night i got not 1 mms from daedalus but 4 came through and my phone was vibrating all night and it was doin my head in;) i was wondering what it was lol:):):) anyways all better now, thank you all for your help:)

yeah, apparently its a problem at O2's end, they've been having trouble with text/picture messages in that people on o2 recieve them multiple times throughout the night, and are very delayed. Should be ok soon tho, but i've no idea how soon 'soon' is...

have you had your sim card mms enabled and put in your corect network settings?

aaarrrggghhh!!!...orange sucks!...i keep gettin either gateway timeout or this page cannot be displayed!...have to try later?

give orange a ring, they will prob be able to send you the settings via a text, easier than doing it yourself, also make sure your card is mms/gprs enabled.
