Just to clarify what O2 does'nt:
If you top up £10, you get 300 Texts (and you should still get 300 WAP minutes too, but theres not point because you get unlimited free GPRS with all O2 pay as you go simcards anyway, hence why I'm desperatley trying to either unlock my phones or find an O2 GPRS compatible phone to stick my O2 p&g sim card to link up with my laptop - free internet surfing :) :) ) for that month.
If you don't top up £10 that month, you don't get the texts for that month, simple as that.
The best bit is, you still get to use the full £10 credit as normal credit, so put simply its like a normal pay as you go simcard, but you get 300 free texts for the month if you top up £10 (NOTE: texts do not roll over to the next month and buying multiple £10 top ups in one month does not mean more texts each month or 300 this month and 300 next month).

two of my friends recieved unlimited free wap. One of them topped up £10 and recieved the wap. And the other one didn't top up and still got the unlimited deal. I tried to put my chip in but i didn't get the wap. Why?

its happened to a few of my friends before too.
Its a glitch, it happens from time to time. But, GPRS on O2 is free anyway. If you try and use regular WAP then you either get charged for it or you get your standard 300 wap minutes free. WAP is basicly charged per minute and GPRS would be charged per MB, but seeing as its currently free on all O2 pay as you go simcards, I would'nt personally bother with the 300 wap minutes, unless you've got an old ancient phone like a 3330.

no it does not mean you will get 900 texts a month...........you get 300 texts a month free when you top up by at least £10 a month.......not 300 for EVERY £10.
