How to transfer ringtones from PC to phone?

I've downloaded some Polys from the net onto my PC, but am not sure how to get them on to ma phone. Can anyone explain?
I've got Oxygen s/w, is this what I need.

btw I have the relevant data cable as well

A word of warning......

If you are using a 'cracked' version of Oxygen, it may mess your phone up!!!!!!!
