samsung e700 ringtones

please can somebody tell me how to convert ringtone from wav to suit the E700, i am trying to covert the voice off a tv program (phoenix knights) i have downloaded one from a wap site, but i have found a internet site with loads on and want to covert them into ring tones

any clues anyone???????????????????? :(

Converting WAV tones to the MMF ones on the Samsungs is not easy and the quality of them will be terrible.

I know there is software out there to do it but personally I wouldn't bother.

i think psmplay can do it but not quite sure how to get it:)
