unlock for my 6100 and 8310

hello chickens!?
the unlock code you provided unfortunately did not work... i had a msg come up on screen advising "cannot undo restriction". i only tried the code once with sim card not in phone... i haven't tried any other codes...
serial number is: 351 451 204 401 558
network : tmobile uk.

also i have an 8310 which needs unlocking please chappies,
serial number : 350 777 106 079 345
network : tmobile uk.

I double checked the code for the 6100 and the same code came up.
Either you entered it wrong or the phone is already unlocked or it needs unlocking using a cable and software (5 codes already entered)

For the 8310 the code is #pw+948542070637645+7#

nice one, 8310 has worked like a charm. have tried an o2 sim in the 6100, but no joy... code not working either. i definitely haven't entered it 5 times...out of interest, what would i need to do to get it unlocked using a cable and software?

The best bet would be for a phone shop to do it....

Just out of curiosity, how old is your 6100?

If it is a very new 6100 then try this code #pw+079003706702401+7#
