unlocking codes needed- panasonic g50

hey im quite new to this sorta thing but i would be v greatful if any of you guys could help me out. i have a panasonic g50 locked to virgin (uk) and i want it unlocking to O2 (uk).

can ne1 help??

Put a simcard in the phone (not the same network that it is already on)

Enter this code...**00032*32756667#
Then this code...**00012*62278237#

Then turn the phone off then on.

Should be unlocked now.

The phone says mep lock failed?? could you please try another code

Ash, I have checked the codes....and to unlock the phone they are the correct codes.

Did you put your O2 simcard IN the phone before you tried doing the codes? It HAS to be in there.
