Samsung A800 - Unlocking Problems

I am hoping that someone may be able to help me I have tried putting in the unlock code *2767*637# with sim in (will not let me use*). I have tried putting in the same code without sim as suggested in another thread (this shows up as *2767*---#). Then when I try to put vodafone sim in it is still blocked and asks for a password (Ihave tried this several times with same result).

Basically I am trying to change from Tesco Mobile to Vodafone and was wondering whether anybody could shed any light as to where I might be going wrong.

Delboy......the codes are not guaranteed to work so thats probably why yours wont.

If you bought your A800 in Tesco's i imagine you paid £99.99? and they are now £60 in the Vodafone shops!!!!! just a thought as i believe you have a 28 day change you mind policy in Tesco.

it is locked by a swedish network which i don't jnow the name
