Can anyone help???
I have a Sagem MW930 that is locked to Vodaphone but won't even let me use a vodaphone sim!!! Need to unlock it to any sim so I can use my Virgin PayAsYouGo. Been waiting 4 weeks for vodaphone to semd me it!!!

If the phones not even taking the sim's it's meant to (Vodafone in this case), then it's either faulty (in which case take it back to where you got if and, if its under a year old, they should be able to send it off to be repaired for free, otherwise they'll charge a repairing fee) or its blocked, which usually only occurs if the phone has been reported as stolen. In which case, you won't be able to use it at all.

It takes the sim but then shows a lock message and that requires a 15 digit entry and then validate. I have already checked with vodaphone that it is not stolen

sounds familiar with a Sagem a customer once brought into the store that was on T-Mobile.
Best thing to do is either call Vodafone customer services (good luck with that) or take it into the store you bought it from and tell them everything. If you did'nt buy it from a store, take it to your nearest phone store.
