3 pay credit expiry?

I have had my 3 pay over thirty days now and last night had 8 texts to inform me that my credit would run out at 12 last night.

Sure enough on checking my balance this morning i have zero minutes left and need to top up.

Out of interest i called someone and found that even tho my balance is zero i can still make calls :suprise:

Has anyone experienced this with 3 pay before? maybe i have reserve minutes or something like that?

Dont think you would get reserve minutes, but maybe their systems havent yet realised that your credit/free minutes has been taken back by them.

next time you top-up check to see if they take anything from it ...

They have stopped my credit now.........think maybe it was running on the extra you get when you top up, tho i assumed that also only lasted a month?
