I've had one negative rating, and that was because the guy who bought a programming book off of me refused to accept it when it was delivered, and then gave me negative feedback saying it was never sent.

it's not a pyramid scheme - it's basically a way of getting people to contact me over buying phones....so ebay don't rip both me and the customer off
