What is the network Fresh all about then?

The CPW are advertising the Nokia 1100 on Fresh for only £39.99 plus a free airtime voucher of £20 (small print says Free £20 airtime will be credited to your SIM card on connection.)

Their tariffs seem really good too with
15p any network anytime calls
5p texts to any network
FREE voicemail retrieval in UK
No contract to sign
No line rental to pay

So what i wanted to know is who runs Fresh and why are they not more popular? and also are they exclusive to the CPW?

Yes they are CPW's own network.

[Daedalus]

A network generated by CPW that I think runs of T-Mobile, not sure tho, and as a result offer similar call prices to Virgin etc.
But good luck finding places to buy credit as its hardly mainstream.
