i've tried both code and the 1st once put in says "not allowed" and the second says "phone was not restricted" heres my details again if i typed them in wrong last time can you help:

Code : 0511059
Serial number on the back of the phone : 352514/00/785488/2
Serial when pressing *#06# :352514007854882
Locked Operator : O2

If it says phone not restricted then that means its not locked.

Try a different networks simcard in the phone, I bet it works.

ive tried my tmobile one in there and no luck it says sim not valid

I checked the codes, they were the right ones for the numbers you gave me, the first code should have done the trick....

ive tried the 1st code again and the second 1st says not allowed, second says phone was not restricted, put my t mobile chip into it and still says SIM not valid could it be that the operator could be different that it is locked to?? would that affect the codes

could well have been that the phone was not originally on o2 yes, but then you wouldn't be able to use your o2 sim in it....will get back to you on this one
