HOW TO ENTER THE UNLOCK CODE/S IN THE PHONE:
- Remove the SIMCARD
- Press #
- Press * 3 times ( get p)
- Press * 4 times ( get w)
- Press * 2 times ( get +)
- Enter the code we supplied
- Press * 2 times ( get +)
- Press lock digit (it´s +1 or +7)
- Press #
If it says RESTRICTION OFF or SIMLOCK OFF, the code has worked and your phone can now be used on ANY NETWORK!!!

Hi,
Not being sure I entered both codes when the first one showed restriction off but would not accept a new SIM card.
Phone showed security code? when the supplied codes worked, but we managed to get the security code from the previous owner and it now works a treat.
Thanks very much for your help and I look forward to sharing my thoughts with members in the future.
