o2 contract info

Hi!
I have an online offpeak 300 contract on a nokia 3100 and im wondering if when my contracts is up (Dec) and i want to opt out of the contract is the phone mine? or do i have to give it back?

Yay i might see how much i can sell it for and go back to my old nokia 3310 and go back to my orange pay as you go! (once my o2 contract is up)

im very short on cash at the moment! (in a lot of debt shh)

Daedalus is the person to ask on here cos he works for the Link so he knows about these things lol, but i am sure that the phone is yours once the contact is up.

We have a buying/selling section once your contract is up so maybe it will be worth a try putting it in there?, you never know.

after 12 months the phone is 100% yours, you won't believe how many customer I have coming back in with their old phone all neatly boxed back up with the charger and everything and when they do an upgrade they hand it back to me saying "I suppose you'll want this back then" lol.

Thats what most of the contract is, paying of the phone over 12 months interest free (infact often saving alot of money on buying it on pay as you go).

Sometimes (if you can get away with it) you can sell it early, like I did with my T100 (sold it 9 months into the contract), but dont go around advertising it to O2 themselves, I mean telling someone in your local phone store does'nt mean they'll call O2 and 'tell you off', they'll just shrug their shoulders at it. The only people who'd be bothered by it is O2, and theres not alot they can do about it anyway other than cancel your contract and ask you to pay up until the 12 month point.

yeah, thats line rental, which is how much you pay each month, your tariff etc.
