tried the code, and message comes up saying that cannot undo restriction, same the second and ave checked the imei and code u gave me, any ideas?

Daver the code im coming up with is the same also.....did you follow the instructions and take the sim out?

Could be one of 2 things...

1/ Phone could already be unlocked. Have you tried another networks sim in the phone yet?
2/ More than 5 codes have been entered already.

followed the instructions in the sticky thread, phone won't work on orange or O2 but will on vodafone, and ave now tried the same code you guys gave me three times

Hmmm... dont try that code any more, just try this one ONCE ONLY. If that doesn't work I will ask someone why it wouldn't work.
