The code that Bunny gave you was correct.

Is it definitely locked to T-Mobile?

Well I am hazarding a guess that yuour friend has tried to unlock it himself and failed. When you tried the code what EXACTLY did it say on the phone?

it said CODE ERROR then had a little STOP symbol next to it.

either you have had five attemps at unlocking it before, in that case its a cable job, or your imei is not right or the phone is not on T Mobile or is already unlocked....have you tried another sim in it?

either way recheck the imei number for us please.

the imei number once again is 010335 00 270562 0 thats EXACTLY how it is written on the phone. Dose the phone have to have a sim in it to unlock it. I have tryed with and without the sim.

1st IMEI was: 010335002705638

2nd IMEI was: 010335002705620




If the SECOND IMEI you gave us was the correct one, the code you need is #pw+847471376536377+1#

Well i'll be damned. The number on the box and on the phone were different. I just now what to thank you guys so much, I finally have a phone that works. Yall are the best. THANKS
