He took his X1 into the O2 shop and complained about its 'faults' and they gave him a brand new O2 X2 free of charge in exchange for his X1, which is a damn good deal really, something for nothing, bearing in mind that his X1 was 9 months old already.

And now its sold, I can correct you, I would never say anything good about this phone unless I was selling one, thats it. As a phone its the single worst handset in phone history (maybe except the O2 X2) and should never be bought by anyone!!

Don't worry, the guy who bought it buys and sells phones as a business anyway so he's not bothered by it :)
