Thanks. The codes unlocked the phone. However, I am on Cingular as well and can not make outgoing calls from the phone. All I recieve is a bunch of beeps when I dial a number. Any ideas?

PS: The phone says "AT&T Wireless" on the LCD, even though the phone itself says Cingular on the bottom.

It sounds like either the sim card you are using has been disconnected or it may be that the phone itself has been blacklisted (IMEI barred) If it does the same with different sim cards in it may be the latter
