Thanks for that. When I typed it in it said phone was not restricted! But still can't understand why my sim card won't work in here when it works in my other phone. Whenever I put it in it says sim card registration failed. I've tried an 02 and a vodafone sim in here and they both work but my orange pay as you go won't!! The reason I asked for an unlock code was because I thought maybe it was locked onto orange contract but obviously not. I am completely baffled by this!!

I am sure that this problem came up before, and it was something to do with the phone not accepting the sim card because of some sort of restriction on the sim.

I will have a look back through some of the posts....
