motorola 720i downloads

hi all please i need help.i have just recieved my motorola 720i.i have tried 4or 5 times to download products from hellomoto and other sites.when i get to the page to download,after recieving my texts i get the same reply UNSUPPORTED CONTENT TYPE which make it sound that its not compatible which it is, please is there any kind person that can help.

First I'd contact the sites especially if you've paid for the content they will advise as to what could be wrong, and resend/or refund, apart from that triple check the compatability guidelines I've had this before and they need to resend the content as it can become corrupted.

I'm not going to be very helpful but i have a similar problem
i got a wallpaper via text, got it in to picture viewer but when i tried to set it as wallpaper the only options i got wre delete or rename.
I see it is a jpeg and all the preinstalled wallpapers are gifs or ems!!!!
motorola directed me to www.handango.com/contactinfo.jsp
apparantly they are partners of moto, i am waiting to see what they come back with

hi patti 21 im sorry but after several phone calls and being pushed from here to there i gave up.my 720i didnt even have a picture viewer in the media centre,or in the camera file i got as far as large ,medium and little picture and was then told unsupported content type sorry :ugh: ive put it down to having made a bad choice of phone and in september i'll make a better one i hope lol.all i can say is you can get your money back just get in touch with whoever you got your wallpaper off,and tell them your problem.good luck.if you have time i'd like to know what your camera is like as my pictures look like my son drew them lol not urgent though just curious. thankyou.

The T720i has a crap camera anyway, so I'd say thats how there meant to look. Really.

Hi bbennfam4, about the camera on T720i , the picture on the actual camera itself is terrible, very hard to focus and the co;our is naff, when isaw the photo on a web site it was'nt as bad.
I thought that when you sent a photo to another phone with a camera
it would go to the phone, but when i sent one to a friend they got a web site address to go to view the pic, i was not at all impressed.
