spv m1000 is it out?

Does anyone know if this phone is out yet if so has any one had a go on it or got one. Its an orange spv m1000. The reviews are v.good of what i have seen but havent seen one in the shops.

The M1000 is identical to the O2 XDA II and the T-Mobile MDA II (all of them are the HTC Himalaya) and has been out for a while already. The M2000 is out shortly (HTC Blue Angel) which incorporates a better, high resolution screen, sliding mechanism with built-in QWERTY keyboard and I think Bluetooth and possibly Wi-Fi.

cool have u had any experiance with them. As i cant make my mind up whether to go for the se p900, mx1000 or mx2000 looks larger though, se s700i, or the spv c500. Can u help me mate on making a decision lol.

P900: about to have a major price crash due to the release of the P910, so expect it to be going for cheap soon. Nice phone, apparenty, but touch screens are'nt my thing so its going to make this very hard....

SPV M1000: About to be replaced, but still an excellent PDA, I don't like to call this a phone because its more of a PDA that happens to have a built-in phone.

SPV M2000: Same as above, but its not that much larger (just a bit thicker/deeper) and has the QWERTY keyboard etc plus loads of memory.

SE S700i: Not a smartphone, more an imaging phone, no touch screen and nothing like the others if thats the kind of thing your after. Good as a phone/imaging device but not to great as a fully-fledged smartphone.

SPV C500: From what I can tell, everyone's raving about this phone (saying its great), but I'm dubious because of my crappy experiance with the GOD DAMN AWFUL Orange SPV E200...

If it were me (bearing in mind I don't like touch screens...) I'd get the SE S700i for the form factor and features, but if it were me in your shoes, I'd prolly end up getting the M2000, P910 or C500.

right cheers. Ive checked the p910 out although i dont see the point as there arnt really any changes besides the 256 colour display, and the 1gig upgrade mem which is cool, and the keyboard which i think may end up braking. I am 8 months into my contract and september the 30 i am aloud the p900 for £5 cheap i know, but im a good customer. Largest tarif with orange with an average of £270 a month bills. Its a hard choice between the p900 which id go for over the p910 as there will be a huge difference in price over little features and changes. The c500 looks ok nice and small and an overall good phone from what ive read but i have the erge for a touch screen lol. I was considering the razr thing but no expandable memory with only 5 meg not for me. And from what u saud about the s700 i have now been put of that so it looks like september the 30th ill get a p900 as i want a new phone u know the feeling u cant be bothered to wait for the contract to finish so upgrade a few months earlier only a fiver seems the way to go. Although ill have to try out the m1000 and see when the m2000 is out.

YEP it out m8 i,ve got 1 ( M1000 i mean ) it,s cool but i am now waiting for the Motorola MPx300 now thats a phone. have order mine cant wait to get my grabby paws on it.

There's no such thing as the MPx300, no one in the know has called it that since back in May.

Its been known as simply the MPx since then onwards.
