The lg7100 is not on the list. Does this mean the phone can not be unlocked.?

It doesn't mean that it cannot be unlocked but it does mean that we cannot do it.

There used to be a remote unlocking option for the 7100 but it was found to be unreliable so it was consigned to the 'circular filing cabinet under my desk ' (AKA MY BIN!!!!).

I also remember reading that Orange/LG have been making the 7100's 'unlockable' but I think that depends on the version of the phone you have.

The best option is to have a word with Orange CS about it, they would be able to tell you if the one you have is one of the 'unlockable' ones.
