I ordered some and I never got them either.

I think when they do the free giveaways, they get swamped by the amount of orders and simply run out of stock.

The only people who can tell you why are O2, have you emailed them?

Fazal1 did you buy it or use the promotional link? If you used the promotional link it may take a while because we all ordered lots of them :) If you bought it though deffinately email them.
