i suppose its all according where you got them from and what you want to do with them?

if they are from personal web pages the author normally has instructions on what you can do with them and if you can reproduce them etc.

I remember once I had a pic on eBay of a T610 I was selling which was the same as someone elses. He came on all heavy about it, till it turned out HE had borrowed it from someone else....

They can be really funny sometimes on ebay about pics, half the time they are just web pics anyhow.

I think that if you shouldn't use them then maybe they should all have a water mark on. That would cover anyone then. Mark = Not for public use :)

A lot of places now disable the right click option so you cant copy the copyrighted stuff anyway.

yes, press print screen, open Paint or something, and just paste it in, then do what you like with it ;)

I had the same thing happen to me Nick, except when I was selling that O2 X2 (eurgh!) on ebay I noticed another buyer with not particulary high feedback had STOLEN my image and placed it on his auction, and some poor sod won the auction. I emailed ebay and they said let him know, he might not know he's breaking the policy. So I did, and I never got a response and the item sold. So all I can hope is that the poor guy who won the auction actually got his phone, because if the guy could'nt even get a picture of the O2 X2 he 'apparently' had then it makes you wonder if he's even got it at all....
