Have read on several forums that the SE Z1010 won't be released on the '3' network...something to do with software bugs that SE wouldn't look at fixing.

Daedalus, any clues as to if thats right? If it is, then the Z1010 must be the biggest 'white elephant of the year'.

I also read that Voda won't be taking it up on their 3g network either.

3 are supposed to be taking it, we've already got it in our September brouchure, due for sale next month apparently.

And Voda's 3G line up is the following:

The Z1010 is'nt in there, but its supposed sucessor and much better all round phone is the V800 (stealing of Moto's next high end phone name me thinks....). The Z1010 is essentially a very large Z600 with 3G and video calling and thats about it really.

I saw some pics of the V800. Very smart looking phone.

But with the SE Z600 not really taking off in the UK, why are they releasing another 'flipper'?
