Treo 650?

Anyone know if the TREO 650 is out yet? Where can I get an unlocked one?

Its not out yet, won't be for a little while (was only unvieled about a month ago).

Unlocked one's won't exist in the UK if Orange gets the exclusivity deal with Treo again.
