Sending a ringtone from PC

Is there anyway I can send a ringtone from my PC to my mobile phone without using cables? My mobile is a Nokia 7200

You might be able to e-mail it to yourself.

Only other way is to send it via Infra Red, but you need an adapter in your PC for that.
