On Sunday 24th October 2004, all O2 UK and O2 Online customers on Pay & Go Original, Pay & Go Talkalot, Pay & Go Talkalotmore and Pay & Go Wild making standard calls in the UK to UK standard fixed-line numbers or to UK mobiles shall not be charged for their calls. All calls to premium rate numbers, Directory Enquiries, calls whilst roaming and calls to non-UK numbers shall still be charged as per the customers' tariff.
2. The offer only applies to all eligible calls initiated and completed between the hours of 00:01 and 00.00 on 24th October 2004.
3. Customers with zero-balance calltime credit on their handset need to top-up to reactive their mobile before they can take advantage of this offer.
4. O2 accepts no responsibility for any tax liability caused or incurred by an individual or business relating to this promotion.
5. Promoter: O2 (UK) Limited, 260 Bath Road, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 4DX.

Do you happen to know if it will be free to a UK number which happens to be in Spain at the mo? I presume not but would be nice to be able to ring my mom and not worry about the bill.

what a mobile thats in spain you mean?

if so i wouldnt thinks so, i dont think roaming is included.

if it says calls i should imagine that its just that........calls, not really sure tho its a while since i used o2.

Yeah, was thinking of ringing my mom whos in Spain at the mo. Didnt thin it would but never know. Ah well got at least 2 people to ring tomorrow, then may ring people for the hell of it

I dont believe this.... everybody i have rang today has been unavaiable!!!! we are talking 10/12
calls, all had voice mail or ansawer machines.
but i will not be beaten, i'm gonna call em all again, i WILL talk to someone for free!!!

apparently today a lot of people with o2 are having trouble sending texts, maybe because of this promotion?

Yeah and me, except less people as I dont know many people.

Landlines have worked though, so had a nice 20 min chat with my best friend while walking the dogs.
