I'm looking for a mobile that is a tri-brand phone, small and user friendly.

Any recommendations?

Are you looking for a colour screen as well and any other features like java poly tones etc...

Not really. It’s for my MD. He’s not getting on with his current mobile. He liked the Ericsson’s before Sony bought them. At the moment he has a Nokia 6310i as his car phone and a T68 as his main mobile, both on Vodafone Multi Sim.

I’m a Nokia girl and therefore don’t know what other manufactures offer. My main concern is that it has to be user-friendly, as although he likes his gargets, he doesn’t know how to use them.

Anyone have any other suggestions?

Nokia 6100 sounds fine but I need to prove that it is the right phone.

The Sony Ericsson T610 sounds better to me. It has those better gadgets and stuff that'll he'll like, plus the user-interface is very easy to use and can be picked up for much cheaper than the 6100.
But if he does'nt like the T610, theres nothing really wrong with the 6100, so he could always make that a second choice.

Thank you.

Price is no object. (It's all right for some!)

The size of our Vodafone account means that we can get a substantial discount. We recently bought a Nokia 6800 for £15.00!!!!!!

I'll look into T610

Speaking of the 6800, anyone heard of this...

should be excellent, as it features the same keyboard design but with the addition of Bluetooth and a 65,000 colour screen AND a decent built in camera, all in the same size as the 6800! Finaly Nokia are seeing what we want, if not a little late...

and while we're at it, this has just been given the go ahead by the FCC, yay!
Again, suposed to have a 65,000 colour screen and much better camera, not to mention the better keys :)

No can do asphaltic99

Sorry.

Daedalus, They look good. We bought the Headset camera to go with the Nokia 6800 and it a pain. Why didn’t they build it in the phone in the first place!

very true, so this could be the answer, hopefully :)
If your looking for an easier to use clip on camera tho, O2's own brand camera priced at £59.99 is like the Sony Ericsson ones that clip directly onto the phone. However, a friend of mine bought one and took it back because of the poor quality and he says the Nokia one is far better. But it's best to check it out for yourself really.
