2 days ago my daughter bought an o2 x1i phone. She bought it with her birthday money and had a maximum budget of £100, she wanted a small camera phone and this seemed ideal at £80 including £10 top up from the o2 shop. But when we had charged it up it kept switching off. So yesterday I returned the phone and they exchanged it. We charged that one up and it has the same fault. I don't want to have to keep going back to the shop every day and I am wondering whether it is a comon fault with this phone. I am tempted to suggest she exchanges it for a different phone this time. Can anyone tell me if they have had this problem with the o2 x1i and is there a comparable phone on the o2 network for £100 or less that you could recommend? (She wants the o2 network because she has the o2 online 300 free texts simcard)
