Unlock A800

I have a Samsung A800 that was on T Mobile. I want to put my tesco PAYG sim in it but it says warning network lock and asks for a password.

I have tried the codes given in other posts but they do not seem to work - or am i putting it in at the wrong point?

I do not want to try too many as i only have a few chances left - i assume it will then be locked for good.

As i said before i am confused as to when i have to put this code in the phone. I have seen these codes but do not know when i am supposed to type them in. Please help.

WIth these codes you enter them when the phone is first turned on. As far as I know you can have the simcard in the phone or out of the phone.

THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT THESE CODES WILL WORK.

i have trying unlock my samsung sgh A800 DUAL BAND which is network locked by comviq of sweden,when i put my cell C sim card it is asking for password
