i have myself a 7600 which ive put my 3 contract sim into and it works.....so im a happy bunny :)
however the driver for the DKU-2 cable and the nokia pc suite are both for XP and i have ME :( so clever cloggs me went to the nokia site and downloaded what i thought were the right proggys.....the pc suite is the right one but the drivers for the cable isnt :( so i get the error message not connected when i hook it all up.
Sooo does anyone on here know where i can get the correct drivers for ME? i would be sooo grateful :)

did you get it from here?
it was from the nokia site but there is a long list of them....so not sure which one i dl'ed, i have had a hunt around the net and it appears there is a heck of a lot of people having the same probs..the one on the disc appears to work but i had to dl the nokia pc suite for 98/me and when its all plugged in it wont find the phone at all?

did it load all the drivers? .. obex, generic etc
did you select usb in the nokia connection manager?

do you have anything else on your computer like pc suite , cause i know mine was conflicting with my bluetooth dongle, but i needed the cable working to install applications( applications cant be installed via bluetooth)
yes i put the pc suite on because thats what it said to do on the software disc? when you say nokia connection manager where would that be?
if i just use ir would i need to use the pc suite also?
the only other thing i can think of is the software suite for my LG U8120?

nokia connection manager is on the main screen of the pc suite at the bottom left hand corner. when you click on it the connection screen comes up
pulling my hair out now......whats the quality of the pics like Daz? is it worth all the hassle or just best to use the pics as caller display?

Supposed to be a similar camera unit to the 6230 and 3220 really.

How did you solve your probleme and connect your phone to the PC?

i had installed the wrong driver...my fault totally but the problem was i then installed the nokia pc suite and removed it, but when i removed it it caused an error so it didnt all remove properly, so then i had to download the nokia pc cleaner to remove all traces from the registry as a new install wouldnt work with traces of the old prog on there.
Once i did all this i installed the correct driver that Daz provided the link too, installed the nokia pc suite and wonder of wonders it worked, altho it does cause error messages but this isnt too bad as i can transfer all my data to and from the phone.....a long winded way of getting it sorted but in the end we got there, but apparently from searching the internet there are loads of people who cant get it working.
